1.1 Data Controller. GrowthVisionCraft, headquartered at Via Ermanno Tagliafraschi 7, 50041 Calenzano, Italy, acts as the data controller for all personal information collected through this website and associated services.
1.2 Data Collection. We collect personal data you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, phone number, and project details when you submit an inquiry or engage our consulting services.
1.3 Purpose of Processing. Your data is processed solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiries, delivering requested consulting services, managing contractual relationships, and complying with legal obligations under Italian and EU law.
1.4 Data Retention. Personal data is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfill the stated purposes or as required by applicable retention periods under Italian legislative decree 196/2003 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1.5 Your Rights. Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].
1.6 International Transfers. Data may be transferred to processors outside the EU only when adequate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, are in place as per Article 46 of the GDPR.
Terms of Service
2.1 Scope. These terms govern all consulting engagements, advisory services, and deliverables provided by GrowthVisionCraft to its clients. By engaging our services, you agree to the following conditions.
2.2 Service Delivery. All consulting deliverables, including strategic roadmaps, execution plans, and advisory reports, are provided based on the information available at the time of engagement. GrowthVisionCraft does not guarantee specific commercial outcomes.
2.3 Payment Terms. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments accrue interest at the rate established by Italian civil code (art. 1224 c.c.).
2.4 Intellectual Property. All strategic frameworks, templates, methodologies, and proprietary processes developed by GrowthVisionCraft remain the intellectual property of GrowthVisionCraft. Client-specific deliverables and implementations are transferred upon full payment.
2.5 Confidentiality. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary business information, strategic plans, and financial data shared during the engagement period and for 24 months thereafter.
2.6 Limitation of Liability. GrowthVisionCraft's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Refund Policy
4.1 Eligibility. GrowthVisionCraft offers refunds for consulting engagements under specific conditions outlined below. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of the invoice date.
4.2 Pre-Engagement Cancellation. If a client cancels an engagement before any work has commenced, a full refund of any advance payment will be issued within 14 business days.
4.3 Partial Work Cancellation. If an engagement is cancelled after work has commenced but before the first milestone deliverable is submitted, GrowthVisionCraft will refund a pro-rata portion of the fee corresponding to undelivered work.
4.4 Non-Refundable Services. Services already rendered, including completed strategic assessments, delivered advisory reports, and executed workshop sessions, are non-refundable. Fees for third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client are also non-refundable.
4.5 Dissatisfaction Remedy. If a client is dissatisfied with deliverable quality, GrowthVisionCraft will first attempt to remedy the issue through reasonable revisions within 14 days at no additional cost before any refund consideration.
4.6 Dispute Resolution. Any disputes arising from refund requests or these policies shall be resolved through mediation and, if necessary, the competent courts of Florence, Italy, in accordance with applicable Italian law.
